Participle Adjectives - ED and ING Forms

Some participles (like 'disappointing' or 'disappointed') can be used as adjectives.
They are used in a slightly different way from normal adjectives.

We usually use the past participle (ending in -ed) to talk about how someone feels:
She's interested in art.
He was bored during the flight.

We usually use the present participle (ending in -ing) to talk about the person, thing, or situation that has caused the feeling:
I read an interesting book about world history.
